Last week, residents at Anson Court, our Welwyn Garden City care home, participated in a pimp my zimmer scheme! The scheme makes zimmer frames much easier to see, helping to reduced the risk of falls. They are loving their new look!

This week we are taking part in Dementia Action Week, which is an annual campaign led by the Alzheimer’s Society that aims to encourage people to act on dementia. The focus of this year’s campaign is bringing people together to take action on improving dementia diagnosis rates.

Today is International Nurses Day which is celebrated around the world every May the 12th, on the anniversary of Florence Nightingale's birth. This weekend, we delivered a hamper of treats to the nurses in a local hospital as a token of our appreciation for all that they do ❤️
