The House has APPROVED the rule to proceed with the four foreign aid bills, on a bipartisan 316-94 vote.

More Democrats than Republicans supported the rule, with 165 Dems and 151 Republicans voting in favor.

55 Rs and 39 Dems voted against.

But the drama isn't quite over! The bill can't go to the Senate yet, after Rep. Anna Paulina Luna objected to laying the motion to reconsider on the table - essentially objecting to the process of finishing passage. The House must vote on one more procedural motion next week to move this along
