📅 #OnThisDay in 1911: Traffic (Yard No. 423) was launched for the White Star Line.

The 690-ton tender served the Olympic-class ships, carrying passengers, cargo, mail, and baggage. She made history on April 10th, 1912, serving RMS Titanic.

#OnThisDay , 25th April 1911, SS Nomadic launched!

The 1,260-ton passenger and baggage tender Nomadic (Yard No. 422) was launched today for the Oceanic Steam Navigation Co. Ltd., Liverpool (White Star Line). Her sister Traffic (Yard No. 423) was launched two days later.
