During Parliament Week, I had the pleasure of opening the new guide & scout facility in Martock & speaking to both groups about my work. They had some very insightful questions for me, including 'Who makes the final decision in Parliament?' & 'What does the HofC smell like?'.

👩🏻‍🎓 Another great #ParliamentWeek event at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Reddish this morning… as well as meeting the school councillors, I had a brilliant Q&A session with pupils from across the school on a whole range of issues. The kids are brilliant! 👏🏻

I had a fantastic visit to Ecclesbourne School as part of #UKPW .

I enjoyed answering the pupils’ various questions about my work as an MP.

The school will always be special to me as I only became involved in Politics through my campaign to save its 6th form all those years ago.
