scpca-nf is the open source #Nextflow based pipeline we built to uniformly process the data we make available on the #SingleCell #PediatricCancer Atlas.

Since launching in 2022, the #SingleCell #PediatricCancer Atlas (ScPCA) Portal has grown to hold uniformly processed single-cell gene expression data obtained from 8 separate labs, over 500 samples, and representing 52 cancer types.
