Emphasizing fascia, or Epimuscular connective tissue, in training does not require us to do completely different things, just some things differently.

Tspine mobility is the foundation for shoulder stability. Key priorities:

•Bend, rotate, reciprocate
•Instruct breathing pattern to coordinate with movement
•Carry things, particularly overhead
•Load your movements, especially for bigger athletes
