If it were only as simple as EAT THIS AND NOT THAT. But just the act of identifying your eating habit loops is incredibly powerful as a first step in stepping out of them: overeating, stress eating, automatic snacking etc.

We often think of cravings as obstacles that we need to endure or fight. What if we bring curiosity in and instead see cravings as teachers? Instead of pushing against them, we can open to them, lean in and ask, “What can I learn from this?”
