But what exactly are AI skills?
See, there’s a risk of framing this for an amorphous concept, which — let’s not kid ourselves — AI is. Distractive!

Can we please focus policy efforts in making higher learning institutions capable of producing well rounded individuals?

Always a pleasure listening to Chidi Odinkalu, CGoF! We shall write more on not just the EAC but other RECs as well. The Continent belongs to us, it is time we, the succeeding generation, took responsibility.

Thanks, Kabarak University Press!

Prof Chidi Odinkalu, CGoF argues from a functional perspective, the idea of exhaustion of local remedies is unreasonable since the EAC as a Customs Union can't have this requirement.

He says this is an antecedent of the outdated mindset in approaching regional integration.
