My report amending the 2024 #EUBudget , which offers €4.8 bn additional support to #Ukraine and secures additional funds to strengthen EU #security , was just approved by BUDG Committee Press. The report will be adopted on April 25th, the last #EPlenary session of the current legislature.

At the EU Economy & Finance event on NextGenerationEU and its RRF, Valdis Dombrovskis stresses that they're are new challenges for the EU (i.a. defence). So, he said he is « open for a broader #EUbudget » and to how next MFF could be financed, even if that will be for the next European Commission
