Potagarh (the buried fort)- the first Collectorate complex (till 1815) of Ganjam/Chicacole.
Built in 1768 by Edward Costford, the 1st British resident.
Earlier (1753 to 65)-it was under French commander Monsieur De Bussy.
On the bank of Rushikulya river mouth to Kalinga Sea.
