🤝 This is part of a partnership between ATD Fourth World UK & Human Rights Centre #HumanRightsLocal to study the right to family life protection under Article 10 ICESCR. The findings will be submitted to the UN CESCR for their forthcoming review of the UK (2022-24).
The Council of Europe Social Rights used and cited research from Human Rights Centre #HumanRightsLocal on the discriminatory impact of child protection services in England on families in poverty.
