Jarrad Data is kinda convoluted quantinuum claims current volume of 1m while debunking ionq but I think it kinda goes over most people's heads regardless I think trapped ion QPU's are leagues ahead of ibm and the other larger players out there in terms of reaching a useful QPU.

My guess would be that the Ion trap machines (Ionq&Quantinuum) would show the best research results today. You can't argue with high fidelity, in small circuits nothing else matters.
