Running out of time is a bitch when you are training. I decided to stay here and do some pause reps. The weight on the first two stayed the same. The weight of this bar is 47.5lbs.👍🏾
To finish up; I added a blue plate, and removed the pause. It was 355.5 on the bar.

This afternoon I did SSB squats. The SS3 bar weighs 58lbs. Everything weighs just a lil' bit more. It's been a few weeks since I used this bar. Started hitting my front squats though.

Today's afternoon leg training always starts with SSB squats. I went back to the blue plate for the last set. I felt I had another rep at that weight at
210.7kg/463.5lbs. The SSB3 weighs 20.7kg45.6lbs.

Since I was timing to pick up my son after his Christmas party. I switched exercises, and rep ranges. The positives... Depth on squats was deep, and this Bronson bar is AWESOME!!
