I think one of the most common myths among my non-science friends is that scientists get paid for their published #articles . This could not be farther from the truth peeps! It's the exact opposite!

And yes, we all know how #crazy that sounds!

What is it?

Sea ice forms when seawater freezes.

It's found in the north in the Arctic Sea (and its margins) and around the huge icy southern continent of #Antarctica .

2. We all know they love roadkill and while they're clever at avoiding cars, they still get hit more than you think, so take care when you see them cleaning up our roads!
