A truly inspirational and powerful day yesterday at our Tackling Violence & Intimidation Against Women & Girls conference, hearing from survivors and learning how we can tackle #VIAWG .

Today we have had the pleasure of working alongside Network Rail East Midlands, Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service and Derbyshire Police at Ilkeston Market discussing safeguarding vulnerable people, the dangers of misusing the railway network and crime prevention advice #VIAWG #guardiansoftherailway

We’ve been out to #Lowestoft this evening on the train undertaking #VIAWG patrols as well as recent ASB at the station.
It was a shame no one wanted to join us on the train back to #Norwich , we were the only passengers 😆

For #InternationalWomensDay officers conducted a #VIAWG stand engaging with both men and women about VIAWG and being active bystanders to prevent offences against women to make the railway network safer for all Railway Chaplains (Support on Life's Journey)

Officers have taken part in a White Ribbon UK day of action at Derby Station
