Mon, a vehicle passed #VanguardRST at speed in Bramley, they followed the vehicle which continued to be driven above the speed limits & also drifted in its lane. Stopped, driver provided a breath sample of 89μg & failed to provide for a #DrugWipe = arrested.

Driver had illegally altered his number plates.
Stopped by #VanguardRST in Sunbury, his plates were seized & he will be interviewed for criminal matters in due course (which could result in up to 2 years in prison). Strange how he lives < 2 miles from the ULEZ boundry...🤨

Sat, #VanguardRST stopped the 🛵 in Epsom, found the rider didn't have a valid licence.
A few hours later, they stopped the🪲. The driver (same person from earlier) ran, and on top of no licence, there was no insurance.
Driver summonsed for all offences & both vehicles seized.
Vehicle stopped in Guildford by #VanguardRST as it was being driven at excess speed. It was then found that the driver has been in the UK since May 2022 with no valid licence and no insurance. Driver reported to court and vehicle seized.

Driver stated they were using it to sort sat nav - any form of interaction with a phone - holding it & driving is an offence - 9 points on their licence, so reported to court.

Education given to the whole group due to the manner of riding as they were seen to speed and undertake. In addition, 2x s59 issued and 2x number plate offences, so FPNs issued.
