A memorable 2 weeks Beddington Farmlands and an enjoyable early am visit today in the gloom with a male Blue-headed Wagtail brightening things up and a supporting cast of waders .

Morning rain and reports of Waders and Terns, was enough for me to have a quick visit to Albert Village Lake, 3 Redshank and a Whimbrel on the lake island, and a Bar-tailed Godwit and Arctic Tern on the lake at the old landfill site, very productive Birds of Leicestershire & Rutland
