Started the Wireshark: The Basics room on TryHackMe , where I gained hands-on experience using Wireshark to inspect network traffic.

Wrapping up another wiring project as I validate the utility of Wireshark. Using Wireshark saved me several hours and made the end result much more professional looking.

We confirm that iOS 16 does communicate with Apple services outside an active VPN tunnel. Worse, it leaks DNS requests. #Apple services that escape the VPN connection include Health, Maps, Wallet.
We used Proton VPN and #Wireshark . Details in the video:

I had to update to Wireshark 4.2 to see the Wi-Fi 7 information elements. Once I have the pcap file I opened it in WiFi Explorer and you can see it visually. Thanks Adrián Granados! #MFD11
