Despite benefits, there is increasing 'evidence' of harm. I find this alarming - it corresponds with many patients' accounts - everyone needs to know about PSSD in advance so they have an informed choice.

Sometimes, the effects of treatment are worse than that of the 'disease'.

We see that often in PFS, PSSD and PAS that re-exposure or cross-exposure of finasteride, SSRIs or isotretinoine even after many years of pause can lead to a sudden onset of these diseases - after just a single pill.

This guy has 'read' a paper that estimates the risk of PSSD as 1 in 216 for SSRI users yet quotes the prevalence instead...

Also, The prevalence of PSSD was 4.3 per 100,000.

These are the same folks that we're saying covid's fatality rate of 2% was 'no big deal'
