2. Have breakfast 12 to 16 hours after dinner.
3. Eat dinner by 8pm.
4. Exercise 3 hours a week.
5. Drink 2 litres of water daily
6. Quit sugar & soda
7. Reduce consumption of refined grains e.g bread
