Amb. Cho had a lunch meeting with Ajay Banga, President of World Bank. They discussed the global challenges and pivotal roles of the World Bank and Korea, including support for Ukraine. We applaud the World Bank's efforts in international development.

Amb. Cho had a pleasant meeting with House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Rep. Jim Himes(Jim Himes 🇺🇸🇺🇦) from Conneticut and discussed how 🇰🇷🇺🇸 alliance is contributing to stability on the Korean Peninsula and beyond.

We mourn the passing of Army Col. Ralph Puckett Jr., the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from the Korean War. His bravery fortified the enduring Korea-U.S. Alliance. His legacy echoes eternally in our hearts.

At Purdue University, Amb. Cho met Korean/Korean American faculty members and researchers with President Mung Chiang. They discussed ways to support and expand ROK-US cooperation in the STEM field. Amb. Cho did not forget to wish them luck on the NCAA tournament!
