If your organisation has teaching/training on bystander effect as part of its antiracism strategy it really ought to include how its institutional position of bystander or ally during a genocide sets the expected response towards exclusions in the space.

What I imagined as I proofread this article:

It's 2050 or 2075. There's an analysis of how major health and medical journals enabled various colonialisms from 2020 to 2030, including Israel's war on Gaza.

It was very heartbreaking to suspect the results won't be much different.
