Our trail cameras are starting to provide some nice images now. They aren't all frame filling award-winners, but pics like this which show the real contrast in those those white tail-feathers are good ID reminders.

Fab day visiting some of the on-stream ponds that form part of our Pant Valley Pilot project. These ponds do a great job of holding water in the landscape, providing a water resource for wildlife, settling out silt and reducing the turbidity of water before it reaches the river.
