ゲノムは1塩基当たりATGCのどれかだから、2bit=1qut(QUaternary digiT)のデータ長で計算するのが一番無駄がない気がするが、実際計算するときにはそれよりも大きなデータ長で計算されている気がする

その点、FPGAはデータ長を自由にできるから、無駄をなくすことができそう

Presented mine and Niall Emmart 's work on accelerating Multi-Scalar-Multiplication (MSM) on FPGAs. Our solution used a novel Batched-Affine design. We submitted our work to ZPRIZE 2023.
