Lapis Lazuli Transport & Transit Agreement between Afghanistan Turkmenistan Azerbaijan Turkey & Georgia signed today in Ashgabat #RECCAVII RECCA #LapisLazuliRoute

Connectivity is one of the main themes of #RECCAVII discussions in Ashgabat. Afghanistan and the RECCA member states managed to give higher priority to transit & transport projects for better and fair trade in the region.

In few minutes, the signing ceremony for the #LapisLazuliRouteAgreement will take place right here, in Ashgabat, at the side of the #RECCAVII

#RECCAVII priority projects include the following three game-changer mega regional energy projects. Efforts are made to create regional consensus over implementation of these projects.

Transport and customs management contribute to better trade in the region. #RECCAVII participants will discuss the opportunities already exist within the region for transport and customs cooperation.
