We need to end “predict and provide” and change to “decide and provide”.

In other words, decide which modes of transport we want and need to increase provision for, for the sake of planetary and public health. 🌍🧑‍⚕️

Q can we enforce bike boxes at junctions? Can we give bikes a head start at traffic lights with a green for bikes? Cllr Scott Arthur 🌍🌈🌹 we've identified 40 junctions that have issues and are looking for quick wins there as a priority
