Update on tomorrow.......lake is still very high so a reroute will be deployed by the lake, the path is narrow muddy. Also we advise that the route tomorrow is NOT suitable for buggies.

👟 The rain has made the surface of tour course a little greasy so we recommend trail shoes or walking boots.
🪨 There are also a few protruding tree roots & stones on course so please keep your eyes peeled and pick your feet up!

It’s #parkrunday so a slow pace run took me to Bells Parade in time for the start followed by a brisk run along the river & another slow pace home. Nice way to start the day hope you have a good one too #enjoytherun #keepsafe
