To mark #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek , Mental Health Foundation and #SportEngland teamed up with Coventry City Council to encourage people to find their moments for movement.

It’s a been a busy day; school runs, online & f2f meetings and now cricket matches before an event tonight.

It’s been hard to find a #MomentForMovement So had to settle for walk to school & around the cricket pitches but all movement matters.
