The perpetration of sexual violence in conflict is appalling.

Today I addressed the Security Council on attacks on humanitarian workers in Gaza including the tragic killing of Australian, Zomi Frankcom.
The death of any aid worker in such circumstances is outrageous & unacceptable. Humanitarians must be protected.
