Any weight loss?
I've started since last Thursday, along with limiting added sugar.
I'm going for not eating after 600 pm and no food until around 830/900 am. or sometimes 1100.
Are there any experts on what I can expect?

First you do #IntermittentFasting , but when you eat, you have to be ready to head out. There is a chance that when you are ready you don't have time anyway so you fast some more 😌
