Most of my friends who are scared of starting family coz that means they have to lose their jobs and restart from scratch when they want to rejoin. It' was unfair to them, but hope this changes things. 🙏

In Ontario, 1994 & 1996:
I was eligible for 6 months paid plus 2 months unpaid--I took the 8 months--with my job awaiting for me when I returned. I wished it was longer.
