सफरचंद, केळी, चिक्कू, पेरू आदी वजन वाढवणारी फळे खायला एकूणच कष्ट कमी पडतात. अन त्याउलट संत्रे, डाळिंब, कलिंगड, पपई आदी वजन कमी करणारी फळे खायला कष्टच इतके आहेत की नक्की त्यातल्या पोषणतत्वांमुळे वजन कमी होते की ते खाण्यासाठी घेतलेल्या कष्टांमुळे हेच कळत नाही🤪
